Customer Service Officer
(Marousi)
Job Description
• Acts as an interface between customers /national organizations and Regional Marketing and Regional Technical
• functions.
• Manages customers’ orders and provide advises to internal and external customers
• Documents and updates the correspondence (orders, material safety data sheets, technical data sheets)
• Contributes to define the orders to BASF Hellas providing accurate forecast
• Ensures the support to ICCM and the color tools update within the Greek customers
• Collaborates with Customer Service for efficient order processing
Candidate Profile
• University degree is a prerequisite
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service roles or Sales ideally in Automotive industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
• Collaboration of achievement
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid time and project management skills
