Administrative Assistant
(Marousi- part time)
Job Description
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors
• Completing operational requirements and expediting work results
• Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying
• Managing contractor contracts, suppliers, mail, deliveries
• Supporting any other office management related activities
Candidate Profile
• BSc in Administrative or related field of interest
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative position or
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and erp systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Demonstrates effective customer orientation
• Solid time and project management skills
