HR Payroll Officer
Job Description
•    Supports the preparation of Payroll following existing labor law and company policies
•    Offers support in the review and analysis of payroll data and reports for accuracy 
•    Resolves possible discrepancies to ensure accurate posting to payroll records
•    Distributes timesheets and leave statues reports 
•    Compiles timecard/timesheet data, calculates pay adjustments and inserts key data into payroll system 
•    Maintains filling system for payroll and related records
Candidate Profile
•    University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another related field
•    Minimum two (2) years of working experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment 
•    Very good knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
•    Proficiency in PC, MS Office and data management 
•    Good knowledge of labor law 
•    Learning agility and analytical thinking 
•    Strong communication skills
