Senior Collection Agents
Job Description
• Telephone contact with the debtors to recover the debts registered in our portfolios
• Negotiating deadlines and payment terms for outstanding amounts
• Consulting clients and informing them about the contractual situation and the available options to settle the debt
• Recording the information obtained from the calls in the collection application
• Maintaining the established quality standards.
Candidates Profiles
• Previous experience in similar position will be a plus
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Observation and attention to detail
• Ability to work individually, but also in a team
• Targeting results and achieving objectives
• Higher education completed or in progress
• Good PC operating knowledge - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid time and project management skills
