Job Description
•    Whether contract questions, information about the router or first help with the TV connection: After your detailed training, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in telephone support.
•    You will handle all technical customer service requests professionally and reliably and will only be happy when your customers are.
•    A regular or new customer wants to order a new product or renew his subscription? After a while, you'll be able to do that in no time at all.
•    You maintain the customer master data in our computer system.
•    With your professional and friendly manner, you ensure satisfied customers and enrich our friendly team.
Candidate Profile
•    Your German is good - spoken and written
•    You have an affinity for sales and a basic understanding of technology
•    You are absolutely reliable and flexible in terms of time 
•    You have very good PC skills 
•    You want to work full time / in shifts
