Job description
- Review proposals for commercial relationships and support in the preparation of alternatives
- Prepare input for negotiations, track and keep stakeholders informed of their status
- Assist in the engagement of external parties, including advisors (tax or legal)
- Prepare draft contracts (including addendums & amendments) based on existing templates
- Draft new terms within contracts based on commercial agreements
- Review and provide input on contract terms
- Prepare and assist in the execution of contracts
- Maintain accurate register of executed agreements
- Make relevant contract information available to other internal teams, as well as to relevant external partners
- Provide and maintain master data arising from contracts
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies
- At least (3) three years of experience as a legal professional
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents.
- Hands on experience with working with contracts
- Solid commercial background, used to a close dialogue with various stakeholders, including advisors, management & regulatory authorities
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Team player with a sense of exceptionally good customer service
- Competent at working across multiple international jurisdictions
- Responsibility and perseverance skills
