Junior Developer

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading Greek company in the field of trading and industrial processing of steel products, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Junior Developer
Job Description
• Development of various reports.
• Provides support to company users in Greece, Bulgaria and Romania, communicating timely and professionally via phone, email, or in person
• Assists in testing to validate results and ensure that requirements are satisfied
• Utilizes query and reporting tools to provide flexible and timely delivery of support to end users
• Works on tasks to enhance existing solutions, evaluating, recommending and implementing enhancements
• Acts as an intermediate to business users for solution proposal and training
• Creates service-now incidents as per established protocol, actively manage and resolve open incidents
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in multiple phases of software development lifecycle
• At least one (1) year of support and implementation experience
• English language proficiency
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
