Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known technology company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
                                        
                                                                                              Finance Assistant 
                                                                                            (fully remote working)  
Job Description
•    Effective management of daily inbound and outbound call demand/case load. 
•    Reducing the overdue ledger balance by contacting customers to take payment by telephone.
•    Convert customers from existing payment methods to credit card/direct debit. 
•    Cross functional collaboration with other departments such as Customer Service, Sales and Billing to ensure all departments/team members are aware of potential issues that require resolution. 
•    Identify, assess, and resolve customer needs on a first call resolution basis. 
•    Ensure customer queries are resolved within SLA.
•    Processing of credit and refunds 
•    Bank and card payment allocations 
•    Account reconciliations and producing statement of accounts in line with customer requests. 

Candidate Profile
•    BSc in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related field 
•    1 year of experience in credit control role/customer service  
•    Exceptional Customer Service Skills
•    Knowledge of both B2B & B2C desirable 
•    Knowledge of Microsoft environment desirable
•    Experienced in handling complaints in a regulated environment
•    Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
•    Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Solid time and project management skills
