Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international leasing company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following positions:
Reservation & Customer Service Agent (Marousi)
Job Description
•    Handles daily communication with customers 
•    Receives customer’s written requests via e-mail and web forms in timely and appropriate manner
•    Delivers exceptional customer service
•    Identifies, assesses and resolves customer needs 
•    Completes customers’ requests in due time and with focus on quality
•    Seeks to improve customer experience by identifying service improvement opportunities
•    Works closely with several departments and teams across the country in order to improve customer experience
•    Guides customers through our processes, products or services (troubleshooting, navigating, the company site)

Candidate Profile
•    University Degree
•    Prior experience in customer service will be considered as an asset
•    Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
•    Knowledge of call centre telephony and systems is a plus
•    Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Customer service orientation and attention to detail
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Flexibility in working in shifts
