Job Description

•    Secretarial support and personal assistance to Business Development Director, Global Licensing
•    Co-ordinate and support various Business Development functions
•    Create and update various BD databases
•    Customer correspondence – queries, newsletters and information 
•    Active role on supporting the Business Development Managers’ activities on Customer Support and commercial offers 
•    Preparing Department’s ppt presentations in conferences, internal meetings 
•    Manage relationships with existing and potential clients
•    Proactively seek feedback from key customers to ensure continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
•    Assistance in travel & conference arrangements 
•    Participation in the World Annual Pharmaceutical Exhibition (CPhI) in Europe

Candidate Profile

•    BSc in Administrative or related field of interest
•    2-3 years previous experience in a similar position 
•    Excellent command (verbal and writing) of the English language
•    Proficient in the use of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
•    Team player with an outgoing personality focussed on customer needs
•    Well organised, self- motivated and eager to learn mentality 
•    Excellent problem-solving skills
