Loyalty Manager
Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategies that grow the use of customer loyalty card and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Design customer profiling and segmentation to optimize the program’s performance.
  • Develop and monitor the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program including back-end system interface and rewards management to strengthen customer engagement.
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities through analysis and commercial thinking and ensure their successful execution.
  • Establish and closely monitor KPIs to improve the program’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement future phase program innovations both technical and commercial.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with external vendors to provide the ultimate benefits/offers for the Loyalty program members.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics or related discipline.
  • Master’s Degree in a related field will be considered as an asset.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • A minimum of 4-year prior experience in leading loyalty/membership programs.
  • Adaptable, analytical thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on/executional capacity.
