Junior HR Business Partner

Job Description
• Support and assist the HR Business Partner in all strategic HR initiatives, day-to-day affairs, projects and requests from the respective business lines.
• Contract, consult and partner closely with HR colleagues and on-site business leaders to support and facilitate key strategic company’s initiatives
• Support HR administration duties such as contract preparation, update local HR and public systems, track long-term sickness, follow up on performance plans, talent reviews etc.
• Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations and conflict management issues and educate line managers in labor legislation issues.
• Advise and educate managers on HR tools and resources to ensure high impact on boarding, leadership development and proper employee management
• Prepare ad hoc requests for HR reports and presentations using employment data
• Deploy and deliver new HR programs and projects (talent management, employee rewards, performance management, pay reviews) and processes to middle management level and employees in a consistent, timely manner. 
• Support the HR Manager to drive the local talent management agenda in partnership with business leaders.

Candidate Profile
• At least two-three years of experience in in a similar role gained ideally in Contact Center business Technology or Financial Services Sector. 
• University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or other equivalent field
• Very good knowledge of the labor law
• Excellent PC command (MS-Office)
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels 
within the company 
• Can do mentality; ability to work under pressure and within stretched timelines
• Strong project and change management skills
