Back Office administrator 
Job Description
•    Handles daily communication with inhouse departments, vendors and customers 
•    Receives requests via ticketing system and ensures that the process is complete according to the guidelines
•    Builds relationships with the Technical Support, Operations and Sales departments
•    Achieves KPI’s that will contribute to the overall business objectives
Candidate Profile
•    University Degree will be considered a plus 
•    At least one (1) year of working experience, ideally in customer service 
•    Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
•    Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
