Application Support Officer

Job Description 
  • Be a Single Point of Technical Contact for all matters related to the Support & Maintenance  of IT Solutions for CRM, ATS, BackOffice Operations and associated digital products (MS Dynamics, Salesforce based systems).
  • Support the adoption of the digital products in the Greece & Cluster countries in a close collaboration with the CRM Manager, local business and leadership teams. 
  • As a Subject Matter Expert, deliver trainings to newcomers and provide guidance to existing users, striving for best possible usage of the system. Develop and publish training content and optimize training delivery to the users.
  • Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve an end-to-end automation of sales and recruitment processes via front office and via integration with back-office systems. Collaborate with MO & BO stakeholders to enhance systems integration and further develop process automation.
  • Advocate for digital product benefits, provide input for project business cases and support project teams throughout the deployment projects.
  • Govern the CRM, ATS data quality for the Cluster and implement measures to continuously improve accuracy and completeness of the data.
  • Implement dashboards and reports to support management decision making.
  • Ensure consistency of the KPI metrics from CRM/ATS with financial reporting
  • Conduct regular user acceptance testing of the new digital product releases.
  • Collect user feedback, identify improvement areas in the digital products and translate these inputs into user requirements.
  • Ad-hoc project management
  • Responsible for the Change management Process of all the digital products in Greece and the Cluster. 
  • Ticket management of all the technical issues of the Digital products in Greece and the Cluster.
  • Responsible for the Security Assessment of the Digital products.

Candidate Profile
  • Vey Good command in English, any additional language is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Sales or HR processes or Back Office processes
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach combined with a positive can-do attitude
  • Analytical skills, Customer centricity, Strategic thinking and Drive for results
  • Embracing change, new technologies and dealing with ambiguity
  • Selfless collaboration, Curiosity and learning
  • Effective communication and persuasiveness
  • Experience in a service industry and an international organization is an asset.
  • Prince 2 Methodology Project experience as a team member is an asset
  • Experience in collaborating in multi-cultural & multi-disciplined teams

Work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working with CRM/ATS/Back Office Solutions
  • Salesforce/Service Now/MS Dynamics experience or relevant product knowledge is a plus.

Education
  • IEK or Higher Degree
  • Additional qualifications in Salesforce or CRM  would be considered an advantage

Travel requirements
Regular (between 15% – 30%)
