Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a multinational transportation and e-commerce company, for two (2) dynamic professionals to cover the following positions:
Customer Service Agents
(Markopoulo Area)
Job Description
- Perform daily communications with customers
- Update company’s database
- Perform general administrative duties (reports etc)
- Resolving customer complaints and managing database records
Candidates Profile
- 1-2 years of working experience in customer service
- University degree or Degree from Technical Educational Institution (TEI)
- PC literacy
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal)
- Available to work in shifts
- Communication & organizational skills
- Team work spirit
- Problem solving skills
