Data Business Analysts
Job Description
• Actively participating in the discussions with stakeholders and development teams
• Accommodating processes from local countries’ systems in one central system
• Parametrization of country-specific processes and strategies
• Evaluating business requirements, defining as is and to-be business processes
• Translating business needs into system features, user stories, testable acceptance criteria and tracking the progress of delivery
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Supporting new systems’ implementation & process improvements
• Configuring systems; testing, documenting, and communicating results
Candidate Profile
• Experience in IT related business requirements’ analysis and translation into system features, in fast-paced working environments
• University degree preferably in Information Technology/Computer Engineering/Data Analysis
• Project management and experience with any other software parametrization/ configuration are a plus
• Knowledge of JIRA and/or Confluence and BPMN are strong assets
• Strong English language skills (both oral and written)
• Agile mindset, ability to adapt to fast changes
