Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a company in the cosmetics industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Assistant Brand Manager
Job Description
• Research markets and study the company’s brand
• Presents and executes creative ideas for marketing activities (Digital Channels/ Social Media)
• Creates and executes Social Media performance
• Help develop marketing campaigns
• Creates the message
• Proposes Media Plans (e.g. influencer marketing, digital & non digital advertising)
• Monitors competitors, social listening and collects useful data/ideas
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience of at least 1 year in a similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
• Master’s Degree/ MBA is a plus
• Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Social Media Management
• Excellent use of English language (both oral and written)
• Organizes own work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A creative mindset
