PreSales Engineer - Public Sector
Job Description
• Analysis of tendering documentation requirements and specifications (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
• Assess Bids by challenging the proposed solutions (functional, technical and pricing aspects).
• Manage Bids, coordinating internally with other departments and externally with partners & vendors.
• Participate in the preparation of the different parts of a tender including technical solution writing, project team, collection and quality check of CVs, references, methodologies & selection criteria.
• Participate in workshops with partners.
Candidates Profile
• University Degree in IT / Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Bid Management, Bid Writing and PreSales.
• Excellent ability to research, analyse, define and describe solutions in the context of calls for tenders.
• Strong knowledge of information systems and software technologies, methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record in preparing business proposals and RFP responses.
Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
