IT Systems & Security Administrator
Job Description
- Responsible for company’s Infrastructure
- Security compliant based on the Legal Information Security
- Backup system (tape library, storages, disaster recovery)
- Network administrator (routing, firewalling)
- Adopt best practices guided through the IT-Network Coordinator for Southern Europe
- Coordination of IT activities with IT Service Provider
- VOIP-Telephone center, coordination of Cell Phone provider
- Access control/Time Control Software and Hardware
- Coordination of Purchasing procedures and responsible for Asset Management
- Local users Software and Hardware support
- Further development of company’s corporate software; Standardization and Reports according to Headquarter Request; Integration of Sales Activities
- Implementation of workflow management
- IT Standardization
Candidate Profile
- BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least three(3) years of relevant experience in a multinational company
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Attention to detail
- Deadline oriented
- Creative personality striving for innovative solutions
