Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading Consulting & Engineering company, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Senior Project Control Engineer
Job Description
•    Develop detailed time schedules in Primavera P6 (in levels 1, 2 and 3)
•    Update, monitor and control detailed Project Time Schedules 
•    Manage schedule interfaces (within project team, with subcontractors and against the clients)
•    Monitor the progress of the works, analyze project delays, identify critical areas and potential risks, propose mitigation measures 
•    Analyze schedule performance compared to baseline plan using critical path method (CPM) and float management 
•    Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (CPM, Gantt Chart, S-Curves) 
•    Develop project control plans and implement client’s project control requirements
•    Prepare project progress reports (monthly or otherwise, as required by clients)
•    Oversee and manage document control activities from start to finish (develop MDRs / EDRs etc.) 
•    Monitor deliverables progress and prepare progress and payment certificates
•    Participate in the preparation of variation proposals and claims  

Candidate Profile
•    Engineering degree 
•    10+ years of work experience in similar position (planning, scheduling, and cost engineering) in Oil & Gas and / or Infrastructure projects 
•    Hands on experience on large multi-disciplinary projects in project management, concept, FEED, and detail engineering in the energy sector, including natural gas pipeline/facility projects, and infrastructure sector.
•    Experience with planning and scheduling of project activities particularly using computer-based scheduling software such as Microsoft Projects, Primavera Project Planner, and similar programs
•    Excellent oral and written English language skills (working language) and demonstrated ability to prepare structured reports 
•    Master’s degree in Management (optional).
•    Knowledge of required design & engineering activities for Oil and Gas and / or infrastructure projects
•    Ability to work efficiently and independently when managing multiple tasks. Must be self-motivated, have a solution and result oriented mentality, and be able to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment
•    Attention to detail
•    Proficiency in the use of Primavera, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
