Personal Assistant
Job Description
  • Provide support to management on various issues
  • Organize/ Monitor Management’s daily schedule
  • Monitor and keep agenda for Management’s meetings
  • Organize business trips
  • Prepare presentations
  • Follow up projects handled by Management
  • Filing & Reporting

Candidate Profile
  • Three (3) years of experience in a similar position
  • University Degree (ideally from an English-speaking curriculum/university)
  • Excellent use of English language
  • PC literate
  • Driver’s License
  • Organization skills and attention to details
  • Trustworthy and discreet
