Customer Support Officer
Responsibilities:  
•    Handling call center activities (inbound calls & back office)
•    Monitoring and controlling customer requests for vehicle technical needs with specific time frame
•    Arrangement of customer appointments  
•    Checking and input the relevant invoices, according to the procedures  
Requirements:  
•   Bachelors degree is a requirement    
•   Experience of at least (1) year in customer service role
•   Vehicle technical knowledge  
•   Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel , PowerPoint)
•   Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language 
•   Confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies
•   Great problem solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
•   Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
