Sales Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Planning and coordination of sales activities in coordination with the Country Manager and HQ
• Monitor and increase quality of partnerships by securing growth of existing and new leaders
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results with independent distributors (Partners) by developing their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Support and expansion of the partnership structures
• Support and expansion of the partnership structures:
-Transfer of customer needs and expectations to the marketing departme
-Analysis and development of sales figures and derivation of appropriate measures
-Conducting of meetings and training-sessions
-Transfer of customer needs and expectations to the marketing department
• Central point of contact for partners in all matters
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• University Degree
• Strong Communication, Presentation and Relationship Management skills
• Technology & Social Media Expert
• Experience in the conception and implementation of sales activities
• Experience in sales and set-up of sales organizations
• Comprehension of commercial relationships
• Κnowledge of Network Marketing will be highly appreciated
