Administrative Secretary
Job Description
•   Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, e-mails and routing correspondence
•   Maintain diary, arrange meeting, appointments and provide reminders 
•   Book travel arrangements and inform clients/potential clients about the company’s activities
•   Update and maintain office policies and procedures
•   Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system of the company’s documents and files 
•   Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
•   Submit and reconcile expense reports 
•   Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
•   Sales support
Candidate Profile
•   Requires TEI/AEI in Business Management/Administration
•   At least one (1) year of experience in a similar position
•   Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
•   Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and Fax machines
•   Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills
•   Fluent in English and Greek Written and Oral
