Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known multinational pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Product Manager
Job Description
• Implement marketing plans and programs for launches for assigned products
• Develop marketing material, campaign planning/implementation and provide support to the sales team
• Plan and implement congresses participations both local and international
• Evaluate the implementation of strategy and respond quickly in business needs
• Market analysis and sales forecast
• Lead the communication campaigns
• KOLs engagement
• Train both the sales team and the customers regarding the assigned products
• Collaborate internally with the other functions of the company
• Operate with high standards of integrity
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences is a must
• Three (3) years of experience in a similar position. Experience in neurology products is essential
• Experience in marketing is essential
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both oral and written)
• PC literate (MS office & ERP)
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment cross-functional partnerships
• Team and goal-oriented
