Operation Analysts
Job Description
•    Contributes to the daily execution of Insurance Compliance Loan review system 
•    Reviews and handles digital documentation via emails
•    Extracts important information from the documentation
•    Inputs necessary information into the Advocate’s proprietary system
•    Communicates with the customers
•    Assists with any Operational and ad-hoc projects
Candidate Profile
•    University Degree preferably in areas of Finance, Accounting or Insurance 
•    At least one (1) year of experience in a similar position 
•    Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
•    PC literate 
•    Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Team Spirit
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Customer centric
•    Strong sense of accountability, reliability and ownership
