Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational FMCG company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Sales Representative (Athens based)
Job Description
• Identifies customer needs and proactively promotes the company
• Monitors sales per prefecture and customers for whom he/she is responsible within corporate guidelines to meet sales and service objectives in assigned territory
• Directly visits his/her clients and follows up on the development of their accounts
• Maintains strong customer relationships and is proactive in understanding customer needs
• Maintains a strong grasp of all competitor’s actions, prices, and strategies
• Develops new customers and leverages relationships to grow customer base
• Ensures the timely and full collection of customer debts within the framework of corporate credit policy to protect the company’s interests and minimize financial risk
• Represents the company within local and government authorities as well as community representatives, to contribute to the increase of influence and the promotion of the company’s brand
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in a FMCG environment
• Sales Techniques
• Good knowledge of the English language
• PC-literate (MS-Office applications)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem solving & analysis
• Teamwork
