Talent Acquisition Specialist- Volos
Job Description
• Create & upload job advertisements in all relevant sources
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducts interviews and assess candidates
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Provide feedback to candidates
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on defining the profiles, the required competencies and support them during offer/negotiation process
• Build candidates’ data base for quick and easy reference in order to be able to meet the company’s requirements and expectations
• Ensure efficient communication of vacancies and oversee the whole recruitment process
• Ensure effective implementation of company’s assessment methodologies (interviews, assessment testing)
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates to achieve their commitment and quick response at all time
• Provide appropriate reporting of all recruitment activities and data
• Participate in talent acquisition process and/or branding enhancement projects to define the next innovative best practice
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Business or social science
• Master’s degree in HR will be considered as an asset
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational environment
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced organizational skills
