Tenders Specialist
Candidate Profile
• University or Private Institute Degree in Business/Law or other related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Strong background in commercial and legal
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Problem solving and self-driven
Job Description
• Participates in Bid-Package by preparing administrative and legal documentations of every offer.
• Supports the Bid Managers and Legal Officer for each offer and archives the documents in folders accordingly
• Responsible for preparing and/or translating all outgoing correspondence and receiving and filling all incoming correspondence
• Organizes and keeps records of Sales team activity
