Phone Banking Agent - Part Time
Job Description
•    Responds and resolves the needs of customers via routine Contact Centre & Digital Communications enquiries
•    Provides customer with information about products and services offered 
•    Performs transactions for Contact Centre subscribers supports cross sales in order to achieve individual goals
•    Handles customer complaints and offers solutions
•    Assists and collaborates with colleagues to fulfill their duties whenever required
Candidate Profile
•    University degree
•    Minimum one (1) year of experience in similar role in banking
•    Excellent command of the English language
•    PC literate
•    Communicative and organizational skills
•    Customer oriented and target focused
