Career Transition Consultant
Key Accountabilities
• Deliver one-to-one outplacement programs according to Lee Hecht Harrison’s methodology and quality standards and support people in transition to land a new job
• Facilitate group workshops and train people on effective job search techniques
• Compile regular and ad-hoc curated talent pools of CVs for hiring organizations based on job descriptions or required skillsets
• Focus on personal branding and help people reskill in order to be more employable for the rest of their careers.
• Generate job leads from the local and international job market
Position Requirements
• 4 – 5 years of experience in the HR consulting industry, ideally in the delivery of Career Transition programs or as a Recruitment Consultant.
• University degree in HR, Business or Psychology as a minimum of educational background
• Advanced counseling, presentation and facilitation skills
• Fluency in English, PC and digital skills literacy
• Resilience, empathy, positive attitude and people-centric approach are considered self-evident when working with people.
