Logistics Administrator
Job Description
• Order management
• Material disposition, organizing imports, exports and transports
• Commissioning, loading and delivery of material
• Plan and execute material return
• Identifying damaged material and difference identification (from returns)
• Material/ Stock Management
• Material demand planning and reporting
• Identification of surplus material
• Organization and planning of stockyard
• Creation of new articles/ Modification of existing ones
• Planning of machinery for cleaning/ repair and stockyard
• Inventory taking, stock evaluation
• Electronic and physical filing of delivery tickets & invoices
• Submission of Intrastat
• Intercompany reconciliation
Candidate Profile
• University Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• IT proficient
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
