Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, CBRE GROUP, a leading facility management services company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position based in Thessaloniki (Northern Greece):
                                               Facilities Management Lead for Greece
The job holder will be responsible for leading the delivery of the local facilities management services across the Thessaloniki sites. He/she will lead a team providing facilities management services and ensure compliance and adherence to Health and Safety, environmental, company procedures, related general legislation and client/tenant requirements.

Job Description
  • Ensures the overall performance of the facilities maintenance contract and required deliverables across multiple sites, including: contract compliance, FM services, performance management against KPI's, cost saving initiatives and customer satisfaction
  • Manages budgets, conducts financial analysis and prepares regular forecasts according to agreed schedules
  • Understands and completes tasks related to the purchase to pay (P2P) process
  • Responsible for all financial costs and controls for the sites
  • Works with Strategic Sourcing Manager(s) in procurement activities, ensuring best practice, competitive pricing, development of strategic supplier relationships and proactive delivery of services.
  • Identifies, develops and delivers innovative ideas and programs that positively impact the account and client
  • Seeks opportunities for service improvements and efficiencies, cost savings or commercial gains for the client
  • Manages initiatives, projects and programs across sites including: workspace moves, energy programs, HSSE, playbooks, training & development, and succession planning
  • Proactively manages risk and deals with insurance issues across sites, escalating where appropriate.
  • Ensures adherence to the CBRE site quality management system.
  • Ensures that all facilities activities and procedures adhere to applicable laws, policies and best practice guidelines.
  • Leads, motivates and develops reporting staff through effective induction, training and development and annual appraisals.
  • Develops and maintains excellent client and customer relationships, taking a proactive approach to ensure the highest standards of service in relation to the operational needs of the building and account.
  • Responsible for QHSE compliance across sites, by ensuring completion of QHSE Logbooks, ensuring the PPM Schedule reflects accurately CBRE Contractual Responsibilities.
  • Reports all accidents/incidents and hazards in line with CBRE requirements.


Candidate Profile
 
  • Engineering or related qualification/background is preferable
  • Experience more than 5 years in Facilities Management
  • Recognized facilities management professional qualification, or qualified by work-based experience 
  • Member of recognized facilities management professional body
  • Recognized health & safety qualification will be highly appreciated
  • Driver’s license
  • Previous experience working across a diverse property portfolio
  • Commercial awareness and sound knowledge of cost controls and financial pricing
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation in local region and environmental protection requirements
  • Strategic thinker who finds and delivers innovate solutions
  • Forward thinking and proactivity both in developing relationships and taking appropriate action
  • Proven track record in influencing a diverse customer base to achieve positive results
