Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational company within the consumer electronics industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
National Sales Supervisor
 
Job Description
•    Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners to achieve business goals 
•    Lead a team of sales professionals and increase sales and profitability 
•    Sustainable NS, Gross Margin and volume growth inline / above targets (budgets) 
•    Identify and attract prospective strategic partners, provide regular input to Management, incl. monitor performance and KPIs 
•    Act as a liaison between our Electrical Retail Trade Team and partners 
•    Lead continuous improvement (standards, processes etc.) on a regularly basis, negotiate contracts and ensure brand consistency 
•    Budget responsibility (input, follow up and correction to deliver targets) 
•    Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience 
•    Organizational development and leading Electrical Retail Trade Team in line with company’s leading principles, set up talent pipeline 
•    Conduct regular on-site visits and ensure alignment of partners across Greece and Cyprus, with Corporate Strategy and Guidelines 
 
Candidate Profile
•    University degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or a similar field
•    5 + years business experience in Key Account Management with a leading premium brand company
•    Experience as a National Key Account Manager is considered a plus
•    High business acumen & commercial, consumer-first mindset
•    Strategic thinking and analytical skills with entrepreneurial mindset
•    Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
•    Team player who amplifies and empowers team and colleagues and have an impact on them, helping skill up others
•    Strong ability to collaborate and influence across cluster with different levels and
•    departments, internally and externally
•    Performance / results driven attitude, open to change and act as advocate for the ‘new’, creative and collaborative mindset
•    Well organized, agile and flexible in combining work & travel duties
