Accounting & Billing Clerk
Job Description

•    Renewals list calls and receivables call from list
•    Reconciliation of clients and suppliers
•    B2B orders check for available items and payment
•    Invoicing
•    Updates the bank account transactions to the ERP system
•    Keeps, collects and provides to the accountant all the necessary invoices from the suppliers
•    Creates and converts assets to items from ERP
•    Keeps of EOPPY archive (prescriptions, applications, objections)
•    Daily upload of prescription to EOPPY platform and printing of voucher
•    Keeps and updates renewal of prescription file
Candidate Profile

•    University degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance
•    Over one (1) year of working experience in a similar position
•    Solid accounting knowledge 
•    Excellent command of the English language
•    Experienced user of an ERP  
•    PC literate
•    Problem solving and analytical skills
•    Self-motivated and self-directed individual
•    Good communication and team working skills
